Hello crafters! Today’s card I am showcasing has beed created using the new Lovely Wishes stamp set from the 2018 Occasions Catalog.

You are one of a Kind
The Prize
First let me tell you that I actually won this Lovely Wishes stamp set at an event called Onstage. This event is held twice a year sponsored by Stampin’ Up! Onstage is a blast. We have the best time gathering as a team and we have so much fun. At Onstage we learn new techniques, meet new people, learn more about Stampin’ Up! products. Also we get introduced to BRAND new products and we get to try them too! Of course we make cards too! The reason I joined Stampin’ Up! is that I love their extraordinary quality products for paper crafting. This journey has been so much more than I expected! I am so grateful for the amazing friends I have made! “The Best Decision Ever” joining Stampin’ Up! as a demonstrator!

Lovely Wishes Basic Design
Putting It All Together
This is a great card design for a beginner stamper. It features Emerald Envy card base (A2 size), Whisper White mat stamped with Lovely Wishes floral. I love these two step stamp sets! First you stamp the image outline; here I used Archival Black. Then you stamp the solid images over the outline to give it the color. Next I stamped the sentiment onto a scrap of Peekaboo Peach and cut a fishtail on each end. I glued the whisper white mat onto the card base using Fast Fuse. To add a little element of fun, I used some coordinating washi tape to finish it off! Don’t you just love this little gem, Lovely Wishes.

Just a Few More
These are two more cards that I created using the same color scheme with slightly different embellishments to “step up” the design!
