Stylin Stampin Inkspiration #47, Oh So Eclectic
Today I am joining in the fun at Stylin’ Stampin’ Inkspiration Color Challenge #47. They have challenges the first and third Monday’s of each month. This is my first time playing with this group. I’m always excited to throw my card into the ring and just see what happens! Take a look at the card I put together using this week’s SSICC colors.
Here’s the graphic:
To put this together, I started like I pretty much always do – WATERCOLOR paper! Love the stuff. Aqua painter in hand, I dipped into the Island Indigo and created a light wash for the background. Next, I played with the die cuts until I liked the pieces I stamped and cut. The one central morning glory like flower was stamped and then sprayed with water then I stamped it onto more watercolor paper. Island Indigo ink stamped the sentiment in a circle die cut. I definitely need to play with this set a bit more to get more comfortable with arranging the dies and getting the most out of them. Fun summer color combination this week! Thanks to the crew at Stylin’ Stampin’ Inkspiration Color Challenge – Wander over and check out all the design team creations and ENJOY!
As a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator, I’m here to give you fun ideas, share specials & teach you about fabulous stamping products. Let’s get creative shall we!
